Our hardworking, knowledgeable Consumer Protection Division staff investigates accusations of fraud and wrongdoing. We can assist individuals or businesses that fall prey to a scam or may find complications in legitimate business dealings.

Most often, the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General’s Office can help you reach a resolution without the need for legal action. In fact, we help resolve thousands of consumer complaints every year, resulting in close to $2 million annually in recoveries for consumers in all 75 Arkansas counties.
